Changes in scope of work, or payments must be made through email. For every day communication I use Slack & Zoom, or your preferred method.

I have a background in Records Management in the healthcare sector, and Case Management in Community services; so I truly understand the importance of confidentiality.
I use password managers, 2fA, and secure tools for sharing documentation. All files downloaded during the course of work are deleted from my computer regularly.
